CLIENT: University of Chicago        DATE:  2015 - 2016       LOCATION:  Chicago, IL

PROJECT SCOPE:  Overhauled the existing goals and tracking metrics of the University of Chicago’s Strategic Sustainability Plan (SSP)

DESCRIPTION:  For more than a year, the Office of Sustainability coordinated with over 20 University departments to revise sustainability goals and gather performance data across all 9 sections of the SSP. Includes 7 consecutive years (2009-2015) of data. The data was analyzed for accuracy, trends identified and progress tracked relative to the stated goals. An easy to understand summary report was created to engage a wide audience. The report was formally published by the University in November, 2016. Transparently sharing these results is the first big first step toward a more sustainable UChicago.
